    I'm a noob to this forum but not catapults. I built this one out of hand made burlap micarta, aluminum and oak.

      Thanks Jeremy just heard from the owner of this one yesterday and he prefers the bands on the inside of the fork. That's how I shoot these frames as well.

      It doesn't make a good speed shooter because the bands tangle after the shot, But for pure accuracy it just works.
