Ok this piece of titanium is been bugging me I have two pieces exactly the same 8.5mm thick cut the same
    What do I do ?
Got the winter work done “ except for the shoveling the snow part “ lol
I think I can maybe end up with three to 4 frames from these two pieces I just don’t know what shape to cut them in
Yes 1 is a opfs thick :) butt it sits right in the middle so it would waste a whole piece for 1 oPFS But what an OPFS it would be !:)
    Any ideas
Thought of a @Fidencio León Burgos delta wing without the curve but with a gap
Lol just trying to get somebody thinking for me

Ok now the fun part getting the gaps right lol
      F31FEE4F-D0AD-4347-8AFC-3675CD011127.jpeg
The side shooter was a lot of titanium cutting :(
But a few gaps and the hard labor part is done
Then let’s get to the money “finish work”

Hacksaw ! To cut works best slow speed
Knife grinder to do the curves but s almost to fast
That sideshooter is one nice feeling frame I already got a squirrel with it and I haven’t even put bands on it yet it’s that damn good !

      Ok good morning :)
Today I cut the slabs for my Bocote titanium
      Set
Made two Nibbler s The first slab I picked out is thick enough to be a Nibler all by itself and it had gorgeous grain so that’s what it is going to be . A bocote Nibbler , so cut another for the slab , also I think this bocote at 3/4” could be a sideshooter by itself but I will split thinner for slab . Then the conus two bocote slabs one on each side . I am in unchartered waters from here on out I’ll let you know
