    Hi everyone!

    Wrap & tuck or clips?

I just made some 3D printed clips for my 3D printed Nexus 3 slingshot design. Since I shoot TTF, they only work this way. I added a sight for aiming reference. The clips are also 3D printed.

    Here are some pics...

If the slingshots I own have clips available, I prefer the use of clips. Yes I'm lazy.
A few weeks ago I found out that Wasp makes clips for the Uniphoxx. I ordered 8 pair because I needed that many. I expected them to come with the hardware shown on the website but that wasn't the case for me. All mine came with black oxide colored screws and zinc plated washers. The website shows stainless screws and black rubber or nylon washers.
I bought some M5-0.8 X 20mm stainless screws and M5 nylon washer on eBay before installing any of them. Now mine do look like the listing and work great.
I think they should ship with the hardware shown on the listing to begin with. A few dollars and a few days waiting to receive the screws and washers made it all good for me. The clips are plastic but they have brass inserts so the screws aren't threading into plastic. I think they will hold up just fine. Now my Uniphoxx collection is getting more use than ever before. I wish they would make some changes to all their molded models to accept similar clips and sell clips for each model. They are handed just like the older Scout clips are.
