Do you shoot PFS with long or short bands?

I haven’t shot PFS yet. This is my first. I’ve been looking into the techniques of how to shoot them. I’m believe I’m going to shoot with long draw.

 

Yeah. I’m a little nervous about it LOL but I want to learn. I appreciate any help or advice I can get.

If you have ever shot traditional recurve bows full butterfly pfs is almost exactly the same i shoot mine gangsta with tubes mostly but have been exploring flats recently (i just ordered my pickle this Friday ) l but i line everything up like normal using the corner of the fork tip i hold under my target atleast 6" and start getting it dialed in depending on the rubber and ammo, 1632 singles at 13 inches are just bout dang perfect for me with 9.5 steel i usually end up about 6-8" under my target don't forget to twist and tweak your pouch and your on your way, also i had to learn the hard way pay attention to how much you tweak the ball your thumb acts as a ramp to send the ball over the tiny gap but you don't need a huge ramp if ya ken my meaning
