    Near 70 today, but the wind was up - 20 mph gusting to 35. Better to work a natural fork than try to shoot!
    I cut this Osage Orange a couple of months ago - dead limb from a gnarly old tree.

    Stripped it down with the knife, worked it with the rasp, some filing, sanding with 150, and 220 grit. More sanding to come.

      It was supposed to be quick, but it keeps drinking up BLO! Hope to band her up in the morning!
