Undefined PVC Kestrel

    I needed another 90% Kestrel with the forks lowered for OTT only.

    I had some blue PVC that I have flattened out in the toaster oven and clamped.
    So I traced the template and cut it out with a handheld jigsaw. Used files and sandpaper to shape it and shot it with rattle-can flat black.

    It turned out to be good shooter (as usual) and comfy, to boot!

      It was a cut-off from a city water main - 10 inches or so in diameter I think.
