      Agreed Big Ron, I’ve only worked it one time, and I turned down a limb on the lathe into a cylinder or large dowel, and it was very hard but cut and sanded cleanly....not much grain to it though.

      Sure it's a 1/2 inch Nicholson chisel and rasp combo. Really just wanted the 1/2 rasp part. Thing is solid with a metal hammer cap Picked it up at Home Depot. [​IMG][​IMG]

      I like bark on natties when I can so I lightly sanded the bark to check and some really cool browns and greens came out[​IMG]

      DONE! Also finished up a Mule PFS I've been working on for awhile. Both finished with BLO maybe finishing wax later. Couldn't wait to shoot[​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

      You took some dead sticks and meditated on 'em till they were pretty and functional, then masterfully proved your arts functionality.
