With all of the templates I have been going through as of late this one brings me back to my roots. This was one of the first if not the actual first slingshot I designed for myself. It was in 2013 holy smokes where dose the time go. I named this one the "Pickle Bone" I wanted to have a different theme to my slingshots and the bone was what I choose. Later I did several more designs and used the bone theme.
The Pickle Bone has scalloped fork tips to channel the flat bands on the fork tips. Also the fork tips are flared which eliminates the need for band grooves as the band wraps will not travel up the flared tips.
The handle actually has a large grip side and a small grip side. Few people got this idea but what it dose is allow you to make the slingshot fit small or large hands by banding it on one side or the other it makes the grip area change. I hope this is not confusing :)
Since @Clever Moniker has been kind enough to help make this design into a printable template I decide to make one up in G-10 to celebrate being able to share it with all of you. Later in this thread I will share some photos of what not to build your "Pickle Bone " with. :) So here is the progress of the build so far

Did you post it as public? Sometime you can accidentally post it as private and it will not play :) I hope you can work it out :)

CanOpener, what is "aluminum oxide sand paper" and how does it differ from standard sand papers?
