    image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg PEGASUS FLYS!!!, A Custom order finished for a lad I've just sponsored to shoot my frames, he's a good friend and will have a lot of input with slot of my work now, I cut the core myself from a 10mm aluminium plate, the design is a custom one sent to me to meet the customers requirements, I tweaked it here and there with their blessing, it has 0.9mm brass liners and spacers with hollow brass pins and brass lined aluminium lanyard pin, scales are black buffalo horn with tri colour dyed camel bone palmswell, I've curved the spacers and the joins on the bone as it goes better with the shape of the frame, I didn't want it to be just a scaled core so in a lot of parts the core is also shaped and curved into the handle to kinda create one piece, like it's been moulded, everything is custom to requirements on this frame from the band grooves on one side only to how it's been shaped, a totally custom bespoke frame built from scratch, cheers also take note of the colours on the palmswell, he's from Ireland

      If I may ask, how you cut aluminium? Bandsaw?
