First actual catchbox I built that I am proud of hahaha. Still need to make a backstop, and cut slots into the sides for quick change targets.

That was actually a solution to a angle problem I was having. Honestly the box was completed when I got the idea to add the sloped floor then one thing led to another(might as well while I'm doing this) and this being the end product. Great things come from mistakes.

It's sealed mdf it can take a beating I am planning on adding steel edges outer edged for those rare missed shots. This is also a prototype until I save for the good good stuff. I am planning on making one out birch but I wanted to build a demo before I bought the decent stuff. Too bad I don't have access to red oak planks anymore I would have used that and it would have been free.

Going to be making a mini catchbox with catcher for BBs and a mini dueling tree.

      Hi ImEggscellent!

Same idea as me i put my barrel on a stand and made a funnel shape out of a shallow cement mix so balls move down to center of the base and down a 2inch pipe into an empty youghurt pot. Works great.

Can I ask what you backing material life expectancy is please?
