First actual catchbox I built that I am proud of hahaha. Still need to make a backstop, and cut slots into the sides for quick change targets.

Forgot to mention will be adding wheels maybe lol. I know when I get some more screwdriver bits I am gonna disassemble glue and reassemble the box for extra strength.

Nice job, what I did with my cousins catchbox, I drills a few holes in the sides. Then I put a couple steel rods in. Slides out easily, for target replacement

Very nice work indeed. I like your ball catch drawer. I use plastic barrels now because I get them on the cheap locally and there really isn't much work to turn them into a catch "barrel". I recently added a 1.8 watt LED "dome light" that runs on a 12 volt deer feeder battery. It helps light the little foam golf balls I use as targets. I put them in my indoor and outdoor barrel. I just started using the foam balls last night and the one in the picture has taken a LOT of direct hits today without even scratching the skin on the foam. Until I got these I was using the perforated hard plastic ones which would self destruct in very short order. I think I found something that will last as a modest size target. They react nicely when hit but I do miss the loud smack sound the hard plastic ones made :)
This one is indoors and I gave it a BIG opening for the occasional friend visiting that just has to try it indoors even if he hasn't shot a slingshot in years. My outside barrel has a smaller opening. It took me a while to get just the right material inside to stop almost all bounce outs but it catches almost all of the balls now. Catch Barrel.jpg
