Saw some nodded F-16s lately and also noticed Walmart had them for less than $5 so I figured why not try and mod one myself thought about it for a few days it's nothing compared to Grandpa Grumpys but it was a fun build and I'm not finished next I think I'm going to make a handle out of wood..[IMG][IMG][IMG]

That looks pretty dope. I guess I should be on the lookout for these kind of frames. I'm sure people got a few laying around that they wouldn't want/mind an upgrade.

      Looking good!
      And YES, do a handle!

They are easier than they look.
I wrapped some 60 grit around a dowel and clamped it into my B&D workmate to form the grooves. Much faster than my rattail file!
The mounted handle is a take off on the Conus - but I like it upside down on the F-16. The other is a just a grip - but works great!

Thanks for the info Kawkan a little goes a long way. I'm I bought a few to make a few different variations see which is the best but I love the way they look with the wooden handle.
