Gettin' tired of hearin' about my new addiction yet? [emoji6]

Today I tried my hand at cutting bands, makin' a leather stamped pouch with contour and grip in thr places I think they aughta be. And I tied the pouch and bands to my bean shooter with some waxed hemp twine. ..im iffy on the twine. We'll see.

It's a little after 2am here in Californialand. But I still went out and ripped a few off. [emoji95][emoji56] it was nice to finally shoot it.

If you're interested in the details.

My draw is 27.5 and I'm flingin' 5/16 steel, with Theraband Gold i tapercut from .625 to .468 at 5.5" active length.

Hope y'all had a good day, too.

    Tomorrow, we kill paper. [emoji99][emoji469]

Awesome, very nice! Great looking craftsmanship on everything. Your pouch work is quite interesting. Very robust looking too!

Well, I'm not tired of hearing from you yet.
Judging by your obvious attention to detail, you'll be cutting cans and flipping spinners in no time!
      More great work!

      Thanks, guys!

I think it was too big and too stiff. ..plus, I was tying too tight and too close to the pouch, I think.

I liked the feel of the release though so I'm not done with vegetable tan yet, but for now I switched to the more pliable(cheap) leather, pictured.

Lol.. Notice, I accidentally tied my pouch one tag on the inside?
I expected the devil to jump out at me when I shot it, but I've got a couple thousand rounds on that funky tie and it feels fine and hasn't seemed to affect anything but my OCD. Ha!
