    Hi all,
while browsing the web I cam across various offers specifically for TTF or for OTT bands.
That made me wonder how to distinguish TTF bands from OTT bands.
Any simple explanation? (Is it just the way the bands are attached to the pouch?)

Like the picture shows it's the way the bands attach to the pouch and then the fork so they line up straight to the way you are shooting. An ott set on a ttf frame will look twisted and won't help with aiming.

You'l notice in the photo the bands in the OTT set lie flat on the bricks - because the latex is fold in half at the pouch attachment. The TTF latex is rolled or folded in thirds so it is more in the plain of the pouch, and tends to stand up from the brick.
That said, it's like Muz said. It changes the aiming picture. Doesn't affect performance, IMHO.

Thanks to all of you for the explanation and thanks to @wobblywill for uploading the example picture. What you said makes sense to me and I'll bear that in mind, when setting up my own bandset. :tu:
