Hello everyone! I'm just some guy in Newfoundland, Canada who loves slingshots as much as the next guy here. I'm a paramedic by trade, a father of 3 wonderful daughters and a husband to one smart and tenacious cookie. Aside from that, I enjoy drawing, singing, cooking, and the occasional small game hunt. I've always had a slingshot on and off growing up but it wasn't until recently where this stuff evolved into a passion with my first slingshot build. I've spent the past few months researching everything I can about rubber, it's physics, how it's manufactured, how people have tried to advance its weaponization in the past couple decades, where they have failed and where they have succeeded, and I wish to stand on their shoulders and do my part to advance the game. My situation will bottleneck me from doing so through by research and development of my own, but what I do bring to the table is good old fashion leadership. I find a deep sense of accomplishment into bringing people who are far more qualified than myself into collaborative efforts to produce great things that they could not do alone. I have a sense of hope that I can do that in this community by means both within and beyond this forum. I'm excited to be a cog in the wheel that moves this machine forward!
