Finally home been long two day wait to shoot the Dogwood Conus from Monroe aka Palmettoflyer. Enjoy
Not to shabby...
Started dailing it in
65 rounds in with 2 misses and getting closer...
Awesome shooting Mike, you are doing great. Glad to see that you are enjoying the Conus! It is an amazing design and it is hard to appreciate until you shoot one. Keep up the practice.
That plate loos defective. There is a black hole in the middle sucking in every shot you make! Be sure not to use that plate at your next picnic, it might leak through the middle a bit!
Ok now I see why y'all like the conus so much. It just fit from the get go.
very cool , great shooting, awesome group ... shooting 1/2 butterfly is OK and secure to avoid a fork/hand hit which is the most feared issue shooting PFS's, just "feel" the ammo over your thumb, a clean release and you are done
I hope you see a touch of your style in Mike's shooting? We have been working on his basic PFS form. His technique has improved greatly in the past week.
Thank you both.
Now trying to finish my honey do list so I can have time to shoot
