      The heat helps but has to be an active shot for it to help with zero waiting. Stretch and let it rip. If you wait 1 second you could wait much longer without much difference. The heat helps but when it's hot hot...stretch the bands really fast and touch your cheek it can almost burn ya. It's hot but for only an instant. @Dgui makes good use of heat because he releases instantly. And goes further with the forward motion pushing it faster. He shoots a pfs active and almost has my power of full butterfly. Good video keep it up.

      You got it bud! I keep seeing guys do "warm up shots" but it doesn't really work that way. Like you said in a matter of a second its gone! To take advantage you have to release immediately. Thanks for the vid share!
