Howdy from Terra! When I was a youngling six decades plus a few years ago, I had either a Daisy or Marksman slingshot, until age 7 or so, when I got my first .22 rimfire rifle. With the cost and rarity of .22 rimfire ammo now days (plus the fact I sold all my guns but a .54 caliber Thompson Center Hawken, a .50 caliber Traditions "Trapper" pistol (both percussion) and a Kimber Ultra TLE compact .45 ACP 1911 pistol) I decided to go back to the slingshot. I only have 4 slingshots now. One, a Marksman that came with a whisker biscuit and one arrow, is roughly 956 leagues away, at a friend's place in "South Florida". With me I have a couple inexpensive no name flat band, a (blue) Southwest Archery Supply tubes slingshot with wrist brace and adjustable draw length, and a shepherd's sling. (I still need to figure out how to use the shepherd's sling, and be accurate with it. The conflicting info on YouTube is a great help.
