Heres a slingshot frame I made using mostly what came from a place called atlasmaterials.
Making a slingshot like this can be quite a task when juggling Family work and life's shortcomings. Keep pushing forward and enjoy the good moments!
Really liking the brown micarta so i used that for the core The green Juma was fun to play with However I have to admit this design was not what was first planned. So I just Rolled with it. Throwing in some black micarta and other stuff, to go along with it. Ran out of spacers so I used what remains I could. I had a mosaic pin that's small and put it in the center. Ran to the Hobby shop as it needed certain sized tubes in the handle. This is where I got a zany idea to put some brass tubes inside an aluminum pin. To give the aluminum one strength. I became really pressed for time and with all that was going on placed old pins instead of the new brass pins inside the aluminum ones. Contemplated heavy about replacing them .
Instead I tried to sand out the imperfection to no avail. This is where I realized for all the worries in the world Im not going to add another one because I wanted to make a custom slingshot. Regardless, Im happy with the outcome as Im confident enough to know that Its still a really cool frame! Just as life has its hiccups in the journey. Its more than ok for a slingshot to have a few as well! Especially when its handmade.
