    Hi everyone, so I got the evo last Father’s Day from the kids and I haven’t used it nearly enough but when I have I’ve really got on with it . Finished work yesterday with an hour light left so the evo came out and we got on better than ever hitting 11 out of 12 at 10 mts conservatively . But the temperature has dropped around here and a stainless steel frame gets cold fast ! I like it but don’t want to get stuck to it when it gets colder . Got me thinking maybe wood maybe G10 not sure yet so ripped one out in ply for a try . Going do the slanted tips and polyurethane tomorrow and see how we get on . Might also have a play around with some designs . Any advice is welcome.

      Looks great to me......might try a Paracord wrap on the Evo, maybe pull the inner strands out if you don’t like a bulky grip and just use the outer sleeve ?

      Sweet! Alex, you did well. Looks great and love the simplicity of it. That has the look of being a really good shooter.

      First can done !
      Banded with 0.54 GZK 20/15 taper 6” active
      500% stretch . This band will go to 600 % max but 500% is plenty for back yard plinking using 8mm steel . Put a couple through the chronograph and it’s average was 250fps so not a bad set up .

      Darrell, the inspiration from Alex's experiences here may find its way into our next "Cold Weather" trade. Still working on some ideas, but I really like the look of this Goblet EVO.
