    If the good Lord didn't want us to make slingshots out of trees, He wouldn't have made trees out of slingshots.

      Nah, I knew you were just joking. :) It should have said "banged OUT", in the original post, and I deserve some ribbing for the typo.

      You found a very nice tree out of that slingshot! Even left on some of the rocks it grew in!
