    Finished my first natural fork today, made from mezquite heartwood.

    I think i may have gone a bit too far with the rasp and the sanding, but still quite the can killer!!!

      Thanks a lot guys!! i really enjoyed working on a natural fork, I've always used board
      laminates to build my slings, i really liked the Natural look of the fork and particularly the smell of the wood while sanding... kinda smelled like popcorn. hehe..

      Looks like you stopped sanding while there was still something to hold on to! That's a real beauty!

      Thanks!! @KawKan i almost ended up with nothing at all!!, it is a reallly fun shooter, i'm havin a blast shooting 1/4 ammo, i've never tried it before.

      @AdamvVS thanks man! it's not 100% finished, sanded it to 1500 grit but no oil bath yet, i was so excited with my new little sling that i just banded it up and went outside to kill a can!
