Quite pleased with how accurate the shot is! Beech wood, thereband gold and the eastern band ties. Having bother with the band ties coming loose after a few shots however. I find the wrap and tuck doesn't hold very well with the thin ties. Anyone got advice? Thanks.

I use a #33 rubber band stretched tightly and tied off with a square knot . If I want to remove the bands just cut the rubber band and use a new one, they are cheap !

You may also try using spandex/crystal string. You can find this on simpleshot and you get a alot for like 2 bucks. That's all I use these days for pouch tying. It's no good for tying the bands to the frame though. For that I find that a #32 rubber band or a scap strip of the theraband or flat band works good imo.
