I finally got around to finishing up a sling from the piece of Elk antler that Clint sent me last Christmas ( ty Clint ) and another from a Whitetail deer antler a friend sent me years ago.

Both fit the hand well, but the Whitetail antler has the best curve that lays so perfectly in the palm of my hand.

I didn’t do too much sanding to the Elk, but the Whitetail is fully filed, sanded to 1200 grit, and polished, has an inlaid red sand aiming dot on the LHH fork tip, and both have 4 coats of rattle can poly applied.

Both have band grooves and a drilled lanyard hole.

Hope y’all like them ! [emoji16]

Darrell.

Yessir, stinks bad…especially drilling and filing it
That’s the main reason I sprayed them with several coats of polyurethane.

Tks Arturo [emoji1690]
