Made out of 3/4 in. oak and finished with Danish oil.
    Having a little extra time...

A Spring Breaker PFS out of a scrap of 10 in. diameter PVC Main water line. Decided to leave the curvature of the pipe. To late now to band them up and have a little test run will have to wait til tomorrow. Don't want wake the neighbors:(

Looking great Mike! Love the Tiny Turtle. I have that design on my someday soon list. The PVC shooter looks like a great idea too.

We might need to talk about your choice of beer!

Thanks. Saw it on one of the SS forums can't remember. SLING N SHOT was showing one out of a metal pipe which sparked me brain.

Banded the duo up this morning for a quick run on the backyard range before I leave for work...

PFS banded with GZK 1842 singles 6 1/2 active. Was actually pretty nice to shoot. Didn't notice any more flex than my slim board ss.
The Tiny Turtle was a "BLAST" and banded with a set of premade I received from Palmettoflyer which I believe are .7 red 12 in active.

Cool shooters....I was actually eyeballing some scrap cutoffs of this pipe at a new subdivision going in near me, but by the time I had the time to stop, it had already been trashed......but I have saved some cores off some empty wire reels we get at work.

Thanks. Never used pvc for anything other house maintainence or things like my target frames. Pretty easy to work with. Did learn to not get it hot when filing turned to butter clogged up the file quick.
