    Here's my idea:

I will start it Daily Slings, what are you shooting today. No limitations except it has to be a slingshot.
    1. Frame/frames - Stone cold PFS & little oak bird.
    2. Bands- .030 latex 7/8-3/4 tapers on both frames gen3 pouches both frames
    3 target- 20 ft distance, 3/4" spinner & 20oz soda bottle cap.
    4. Ammo-3/8" steel

NOW LET'S GET THIS ROLLING DAILY... ADMIN IF IT TAKES PIN IT!!!!

So today playing around with 1/4”
Shooting a great natty from @Devils son in law .6 ss Black 16-10 I like it so far slight hand slap with 1/4 if it wasn’t 9° outside I probably wouldn’t notice does real nice on 5/16, so I would say it’s pushing the 1/4 to its max :) a titanium nibbler 6.5 red pmc bands 16-12 a little strong for 1/4 but sure move 5/16 nice and a pocket predator the band shoot quarter OK BBs fast and I am going to change them their tooth then first adjust he draw and see it I can do bbs and 1/4 I think I could power up more with these bands , I read a post that @KawKan did and mine are about 11/12-12 working bands
Same as his it was about the thinner band producing 300 ft./s on the quarter inch and a few other post I had extra band material that was wrong size for other things that I can make nice thin strips out of so trying to go thin . Like me :) just hit 145-50 so this winter I will be spending a lot of time doing Jazzercise lol yoga is more like it remember the movies where you see the old Chinese people going in slow motion doing karate that will be my exercising trying to build muscle I got rid of all the fat now need more upper body ,center core stuff don’t think my legs and hips will be working much longer so strong upper body to help move me around
