Hi guys.Today I had the opportunity to go out and hunt.I used my dogwood frame and a band set of chained rubber bands.I got them using small pebbles. When I got home I cleaned them and got the breasts, hearts and livers.I marinated them and pan seared them while basting with garlic and rosemary butter.I took out the meat and in the same pan I added white wine to deglaze the pan, some flour and the broth that I made with the carcasses. It was truly delicious.Bye:)[IMG][IMG]

That sounds amazing,i bet even @AZ Stinger would be impressed back in his working days he was a chef, sounds like you spent some time behind a ticket holder and heat lamp yelling at the wait staff to hurry the hell up like every one of them i have ever seen:D

there's lots of things your not suppose to do in Cali, but it all gets done anyway with a the shit going on all over the place down there do you think they really care about you walking through the fields and woods with a shooter and some ammo besides if you don't have prey on you you're not hunting you are target practicing so you lay your kill on the fence line take the shooter back to the car then pick up the kill on the way out they never catch you with both at the same time;)
