    Hello All,

I need your help. I have a problem with the string/ para cord constantly breaking on my catch box. I’ve tried tarred bank line, para cord, stainless thick picture hanging wire and all seem to break within a week or so. It happens on the metal spinners mostly ( prob sharp edges) but also happens on silicon/ leather spinners. What do you guys use to hold your spinners? I see some use a heavy gauge wire/rod, is this a wire clothes hanger? Thank you in advance for your help. -Jon

Okay so now that we have a uni knot with the string for the spinner, what’s a good knot or a good way to tie them to the catchbox?

I use pex pipe with a secondary string holding the spinner and old tubes run in the catch box through the pex pipe and attached to the sides of the box. This system lets you spin the spinner with enough give and isolation that it rarely wears out. though I don't leave the tubes stretched and setting in the sun when not in use I take them down. This is easy as they have loops on the ends and the sides of the box have hooks. :)
