      Nice work! Looks comfy.
Oil with Boiled linseed or Tung oil to keep out grime and bring out the grain.

Oak never disappoints and it's great to work with. Where in Michigan are you, GarageRatz?

Agreed Muz, to me ,depending on the wood, Tung and BLO will sometimes give to much of a yellow tone, and the Danish oil doesn’t.

Birchwood Casey Tru-oil does we’ll also

Yes it is.......I am picky about the wood / forks I use it on because of the cost, but love the finish it gives.

I've been using BLO because I had 2 pints of it. Once it's gone I'm going to try Danish or Tru Oil. Whatever you use, it's going to help make for a really nice finish.

I brew my own, so I can have a good beer at a good price.
