I'm getting ready to make a PFS, I've never owned or even shot one. I need some help with banding one up.
Is there any special way to band it as far as band size or band Orientation?

I saw a video on simpleshots website and Nathan said something like, if you ask how or what kind of bands to put on it most likely you're order would be canceled. He said it was for advance users only.

I've been shooting slingshots for a long time, I'm sure there's a learning curve but I'm sure I can get the hang of it.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Dont know if it will work for you, it does for me and now i shoot almost exclusively PFS.

I Took every advice on the web, twist, tweak, speed bump, everything and i got nothing but forkhits, and one day i just said F*ck it... i attached my regular full butterfly bands on a PFS and shot it like a regular OTT, only thing different is i flicked my wrist forward a bit upon the release, and man... i have never been more accurate with a sling... aiming point is also lower because of the narrow forks, i fixed it by taking my reference point a bit higher

Again, maybe will work for you, maybe wont, but this sport is all about experimenting...

    Good luck mate!!

Good luck partner, start off with very small light ammo.

Might be helpful to know what your goals are? Short draw aerial shots or full or semi butterfly long draw? Also, tons of info on the web. Arturo's YouTube channel is a great place to start. Can't go wrong with his "Pre-turned" pouch tie method. This is actually a No Turn method. Takes the twist out of the equation and you only have to make sure you get the pouch bend aka speed bump right.

I'll probably anchor on my jawbone, which would be a 32" draw length.
Thanks for the YouTube channel info.

Not many pickle fork shooters with a face anchor point. Do your research and don't shoot yourself.

Thanks very much for the advice. I have never shot myself and I sure don't want to start now. I will do the research.

I shoot OTT and that's how I attach all of my bands, works great.
