Picked up a bag of 1000 10 mm glass marbles from Amazon. By my scale 6.35mm (1/4) steel weighs 17 grains, 8mm (5/16) weighs 32 grains and the 10 mm marbles weigh 22 grains. I'm shooting 1632 full butterfly and they work exceptionally well. They should work well with any setup that shoots 1/4 or 5/16. I think I'm going to shoot these for a while. I like them and can see them becoming a favorite.

How do they compare in size to the ones you sent me?

and if i might add , they are really very visible even in low light conditions. Great ammo for lighter bands:tu:

These are 10mm (just over 3/8) and the ones I sent are 16mm (5/8). The 5/8 weigh the same as 11mm steel. I just got these today. Would have sent you some if I had them then.

I also like to shoot these - I've found 7/16" or 10.9mm @ hobby stores a 1 kg container contains about 580 clear glass marbles about 28 grains..( seems like they were $ 3 or 4. ) Like these out to a 50 yard target... With the sun behind you they shine like diamonds and ' am able to retrieve a lot to reshoot....Fun stuff......

I shot them exclusively, for the first six years....out to 35yards.
