WG Conus 2020-08-12

With the permission and collaboration with Arturo, I’m sharing my work on the famous design that so many have come to love and appreciate. Through his own desire and creativity of the Conus concept, there are a few named variations to his original Conus design. The version offered here is the Wide Gap fork design. The intention is to provide the Conus shooting experience to those who have not learned to shoot PFS style, or would prefer to shoot a straight pouch fork gap OTT shooting style. Note that to achieve good pouch clearance, the fork gap is set on a slight angle to provide the maximum size window for the ammo and pouch to pass through.

In addition to the template plan which illustrates the shape and general size of the Wide Gap Conus, a STL file is uploaded for anyone wishing to create a 3D printed version of this great design. Please note the short comings and potential failure with any 3D plastic printed frame used as a slingshot frame. Print and shoot at your own risk. Always inspect your frame and bands before shooting.
