Fractured rib is not fun. Never want one of those again. Also, I broke someone’s playing basketball once. I felt so bad about it. I didn’t purposely do it. What made it worse was the man was ill.
Take care. Hope you can get to sleep at night.

I picked up a WEN 3939t tabletop band saw recently and have found it to be very useful , especially with hard to find 1/8" blades. They're fragile but you can turn essentially within the thickness of the blade in pretty thick material if you're slow and let the tooth set do the work. I've been using it to make ILF bow grips as well as other chores for my crafty bride. :)

How big is your scroll saw? I've got a 15 inch. Just not big enough or buying bad blades. Spend lots trying to cut anything.

Most of my saws sit in a box now that I have a bandsaw
It's just the fine corners and hard to rwa h places would cut so much nicer with the scroll saw

I used a Craftsman 15" for about 20 years. Just bought a WEN 10" bandsaw and didn't realize what I had been missing all these years. But I did make tons of stuff with the scroll saw. Loving the new bandsaw but like you said, the scroll saw has its place.

I first tried straight trim bits and about sniped my hands off. Found 1/4" spiral down flush trim bits on Amazon and they worked great. Still need to be careful, but worked much better than straight bits.

Fork tips: Ever sand them down to where they are so small? How small? Did you still use the frame to shoot?
