good for you man,,, I haven't been practicing as much, but still take a few random shots every day..

I'll post up a video of todays shootin a bean can...hard go of it tho..arthuritis kicked in...numb fingers & hands..

oh yikes, I know that feeling, makes slingshooting and guitaring no fun some days... feel better friend.. and stretching if you can to loosen up those ligaments.
