Either get them shooting with you or you would have to make the best looking portable catch-box that can be taken down quickly and somehow eliminate the possibility of fliers. Maybe, just maybe, you could switch to small bbs (.177 or even 5.6mm) for the winter and have a much shorter range somewhere in the house. Good luck!!!
