Hey fellas got that flat top shooter I was mentioning in my pfs post done. Pretty happy with it could be nicer but don’t want anything too slick before I get decent with the pfs technique. Just a piece of 1/4” bamboo cutting board torched up a bit to make it a little more decorative. Finished with BLO and minwax paste finishing wax. Let me know what you guys think!

If that top ain't flat, I don't know what is!
I see you have the tube well to the outside. Good idea on a flat-top, since there isn't as much wrapping tension toward the middle.
Looks like you are good to go!

Such a cool design it’s simplicity is obvious but for a legit rectangle it’s actually pretty damned comfy in hand.

It’s ridiculously compact I love it! Almost as small as a mini Bic

      That looks fine! And dandy!

Learning pfs with a flat top is commitment. You will definitely know if you make even the slightest error... but you will also develop great technique.

Very nice! When Dgui first shot one, I had to try one. I quickly favored it over the opts. I even put tubing slits on the side so as not having to wrap tubing.
