Shoots so good took one of my lanyards off a daily shooter and put on it must mean it becomes a daily shooter and the thickness of it adds to the whole frame a lot ,I have a titanium Nibler without any wood on it and there is a complete difference in the frame The side shooter is unbelievable I love them both dead on and is just what I wanted in it .
I was thinking maybe putting on these 3 million year old Mammoth tooth or mammoth horn I forget which one Like 45 slabs just in the middle Titanium mammoth tooth Nibbler
Oh, the mamoth ivory for the older nibbler, so you could put a piece on each side, like a 1911 Colt. Great idea! But you may have to buy more lanyards!
Would upu explain how you shaped the titanium? I have some titanium alloy plate but have found it very difficult to cut, shape, and tap. Drilling doesn’t seem to present too much of a problem. Your slings are very impressive.
2x72 knife grinder Finded hack saw works best for small cuts Grinder cutting wheel for big As for tapping never had much luck doing that very hard on tools and getting it done right I think a machinist for tapping titanium much better or the slow Tapping time and patience and tools
Thanks for the response. The same methodology I have been using. Going to switch from grade 5 to grade 1. Should be much easier to work. Still have some grade 5 I will have to bite the bullet and cut out some frames.
