2 modded wireframe storeboughts, rest I made to date IMG_20170617_101414_558.jpg Lots of guys have a lot more...this is nearing my limit. I don't sell. Three sheath knives included...masonry diamond saw blade steel, various handle materials..ugly but are farm utility knives. Folder is my grandpa's I restored with my bluejean micarta scales.
Left to right vertical rows..row 1&2, nattys, some w/ammo storage. Row3 top to bottom..wood/wire frame, ham hand monster wood, 3 lams of pine plywood w/ammo storage, ugly rebar wrapped with cord. 4th row...bluejean micarta with arm brace, bluejean micarta no brace, wood handle steel fork, garden light spike with steel fork (nutty idea to double as a sticker). 5th row...1st two are tool handles with steel forks, ammo storage, 3rd is a take down ammo storage with steel fork + extra fork. 6th row...4 HDPEs two have ammo storage, and bottom a takedown full sized fits in a Sucrets tin. 6th row, two modded wireframe store boughts.

I mostly like TTF, challice fatframe ham hand super ergo wood composite or fat ham hand nattys with simple stretch/insert slot banding rather than gadget/gimicks or ties. I don't make gorgeous frames, pickles, flats nor EDCs, LOL some are downright ugly, am into more into utilitarian stuff and experimenting and putzing. I had to paint two nattys blue and green they were so ugly...made of eucalyptus that doesn't stain well...stain looked like cancer or cat vomit. ;^(/) And I didn't include my sling carbine...too long for the pic. Thanks for viewing...sorry, no Visine!

Chuck, I've been around long enough to see you build most of those. Good to see them all gathered. Happy shooting down south of the equator.

Yeah, we started with the two mahgonany stained simple Eucalyptus forks about 6 yrs ago on SSF and slowly kept experimenting with different materials and woods. A rewarding journey. Some of em actually turned out sorta appealing but none to match the real pros here who build gem quality frames.

The one wire frame I built with wooden handle...it started as a 1 piece stainless 1/4" rod stock bent to form fork and handle all in one. Then I got the notion to make a sood handle. I kept putzing and ended up ruining the flat concept with a big ole wood fat handled odd lookin sucker. The two wire frames at the extreme right hand row are storeboughts which I modded a, bit to make em more comfy. The tool handle ones have 1/2" black iron strap for forks, bolted down through the handle and handles are ammo storage. Ugly but beat around glove box SSs for car and truck. The wood handled take down with extra fork, yes, I welded that up outa black iron rond stock. That one was inspired by a prototype Bill Hays had on his website.

Those are really cool! I like the baroque appearance and that ham handed one looks really comfy.

Thank you, sir. Yeah, I like to try all sorts of new ideas but I work slowly, takes days to make the ergo ones with all the rasp sculpting/sanding etc.. I wish I had a Dremel.

Thank hou. That is 3 layers of scraps of ordinary pine plywood. It's ambidex also, has ammo storage and comfy. Were I to sell SSs, I'd make a router patten of that one. Most use vertical slots for bands including that one.
