    Here are my latest. First one is Birdseye Maple with aluminum core and red spacers. The second I call Black Raspberry. It's Wenge with the first micarta core that I have made. I had a micarta core in the slingshot I sent to babycow but I got it in a trade. I liked making the micarta and can't wait to make more.

      That black raspberry is incredible, they both are, but I find the dark colors really appealing! Beautiful work sir!

      Oh yeah, wenge and its big pores :) you should have heard my kitchen crew when I was telling them about African Wenge :D but, that's why I put so many layers in mine, after years of seeing other peoples shooters break from a fork hit :eek: or just being dropped, better safe then sorry.

      Get a set of Tex's Saunders black bands to put on it. It will have sinister look to it.
