So I have a box of slingshots and I only really shoot like five. Some just don't fit my Hand or are not my style. So I got to thinking do other people have the same situation. So I thought what if we could trade off our slingshots in a sort of mystery trade and get a new surprise. Instead of letting your unused slings collect dust someone else might really dig it. So I'm setting up this trade say I'm in and I'll pick names out of a hat for trade partners in a few days.

Ps. I know some people shoot all of their slingshots and that's cool too.

Great idea. My only concern is I trade something I don't use and get something else I don't use? Are you suggesting that once you have picked with a partner it's up to them to decide or just keep it all a surprise?

I like the idea the only problem with the mystery that I see is for example, I send a hdpe slingshot that I dont use to my partner and he send me a micarta one...or vice-versa it can end up in unfair trades! I'm not against this I just hope you get my point :)

Unfair trades could be a problem but again the idea is that your trading something that you don't use so your loss is small. Partner communication is also key. Personally I'd like surprises but it's all between you and your partner.

I have a ton of slings I really don't shoot, also have duplicates of the ones I do shoot a lot of and many prototypes.
I have been giving my extra slings away to new shooters that I meet and that they would like to try the addiction. Some of which have become loyal customers as well as great shooters!

Would be interested in small PFS styled shooters, I have a couple of small frames. Now is this a surprise trade or to be discussed privately via PM?
