seriously though man, just tie up a loop on a single band, twice your draw length plus 1" for ties.. shooting it is your problem, but I prefer tubes for loops, they're already sized and can survive my pockets better, plus they make a cool green necklace. mine are green.

As long as the forks are strong doesn't matter about bark infact it saves you the job of removing it.

I put it in a plastic bag to retain the moisture, then nuke it for 30 seconds. Let it cool to room temp and then nuke for 30. Once no more moisture is in the bag after it's 30 seconds, it's done.

I haven't seen it used for pouches, maybe I'm mistaken, but nothing, and I mean nothing, in my experience beats old used-band rubber,. ,, twine has unravelled plenty and the funky tape I got from china was junk,,, my two cents..

You should be able to find maple trees in your area. That would be a better choice.

There are hard pines that would probably be ok but I wouldn't use soft pine

Around are lakes are covered in trees so people always snag there line... Witch means bobbers for us slingshot shooters

no experience with them, but have looked at them, albeit briefly, as they seem very much like a toy or gimmick slingshot to me. I personally would not buy one, or even trade for one.
