    At my door today was a long awaited package from Zone 7 Catapults & Slingery. When I opened it, it was like rays of sunshine on a cloudy day. Out came 2 absolute stunners. The first thing that popped out was a Red Cedar Conus. Next was a burlap bag I recognized...Inside was a design so classic with clean lines, a nice, pronounced fork tip profile and a shorter handle that feels good. I will do a review of both later.

      Thanks everyone, I gave the Gavel a pure fit this afternoon. I like it. I have not learned to shoot pfs yet. Bill gave me a Tag PFS and I had a dozen fork hits. I even had one on the front of one fork facing the target. I was able to super glue and sand the g10 again and again. The red cedar will not be so forgiving and it would break my heart to boot. If anyone has a tip on shooting a Conas pfs like this feel free to PM me. I don't like to put all my business on the street.

      I wish I could take credit for that. It's a botanical sketch that I downloaded. A hand drawn picture and description would be a nice touch tho. Thanks for the idea my friend.
