    I finished these 2 up and figured I'd add them so we could try to keep track this year. I don't wanna take away from the Homemade section so add pictures if you wish or just chime in with your next build and add to the total. 2!

      Thanks man. I believe its Maple. Here's a pic of big brother[emoji16] Wood is hard AF. Pretty much have to chip carve with knives and rasps take forever[​IMG][​IMG]

      Would be interesting to see it put through the vacuum stabilization process and suck in some nice colored resin down that big crack before you cut into it. Still will be nice when you cut it open and fix what is there.

      If you or someone else is interested in trying Ill cut it to a more manageable size and send it to you. I just don't have the resources to do it. Its got a great fork shape its just big[emoji6]

      Posted this PFS Mule on the other forum. Catching up here and adding to this years list. Made the core a while back but finally got around to doing the build this month. Aluminum 3/16" core, Walnut and Maple layers with a Walnut, Zibrawood, and Purpleheart scales. Finish is only bees wax. Nice solid feel and shoots great.

      Tks Monroe, no CA at all this time.....1 coat of BLO followed by 3 coats of Minwax quick dry Gloss spray poly.
