Managed to squeeze in enough time to take on 3 more cans today. 1st up for two cans worth is a genuine Samurai Conus built by Arturo himself. Can #1 went peaceably after a handful of shots. Deflated just like a Fat Tire! Can #2 put up a fight. Started off in life as a Scottish Ale and fought courageously like a true Scotsman. Held on forever and just would not give up. Finally succumbed to the pressure of too many steel balls. I swear that I kept hearing Monty Python jokes with each penetrating shot, "ah that's only a scratch!" Can #3 is a work horse PFS Mule. Here you go Mike, live action (almost). Tough as nails, and shoots like a dream. Made from high density ply of a skim board.

Thanks Ray, you probably wont see any skunk beer or IPA cans hanging from my backstop. I do have a case of Coors light that a friend left here, but I don't have the proper PPE to pick them up or dispose of it. Also, read that drinking soda isn't healthy, so I'll stick to fermented wheat sugar water.
Another round of can cutting courtesy of the 2021 can cut challenge over on the "other" forum. Good excuse to dust off all my PFS frames and dial in the fun. Also, have a ton of cans on death row that need to be processed. Work travel again next week, so making the best of good weather while I have it. PFS Colt with ply core, maple and walnut layers. No mercy on this can, it kept hanging on but finally gave way to persistence!
shrinking a can like the "Jibaros", hitting from the front, back, sides, every angle exposed LOL! with 0.75mm pure latex my friend @Bone sent my way, a big 3mt x 1.5mt sheet in 2016 (I guess)
Nice shooting. That can looks pretty well hammered. Lol Goes to show latex can be around for many years if stored properly.
yes, only added a bit of talcum and stored in a cool place inside its original tube, feels and shoot like the first day, btw kicks hard LOL !
Thank you Arturo, I think you may have created a PFS shooting animal! I am reaching the point of better accuracy than my aim and anchor style. Also, starting to love the 7/16" ammo. Makes it harder to miss! I was hitting a 80mm spinner today from 15 meters with my newest Dogwood stick PFS frame.
Doing some can cutting today while enjoying my newest Dogwood Stick PFS frame. 2021 New Year Resolution, "Build more natural frames"! This awesome PFS Colt came from Cruiser a few months ago. Finally got good weather and time to bash a few cans with it. It is a real heavy hitter as it weighs a ton in your hand. Almost take two hands to hold it up! Made from hefty stainless steal and some sweet resin handles. (Pardon the mix match wrap&tuck, yellow latex wrap broke while I was setting up.)

Last can cuts for this week. Off to work on the other coast next week. No shooting for the next 5 days. Started with the PFS Mule built by Richnewm, followed up with the Sling-N-Shot PFS, and finished up with the Dogwood PFS.
