"What do you call it?? The paw? ...the HOOF!!"

    Hello Slingshot Community friends
Here's my latest natural frame, hand carved from an acacia fork (Acacia dealbata). The end cap is zebrano wood.
It was finished with linseed oil and natural beeswax. It was tested today, with very good results. Fits large hands!
    Hope you like it!!!!

Awesome, very nice. The end cap really sets it off. Like the finish too, I'm starting to like the BLO and wax myself. The feel of the wood really comes out with that combination.

I'm glad you've liked it, my friend!!
Some woods require a more shiny type of finish, others it's just the opposite.
Thanks for your feedback, my friend!!
      Cheers ...Q

      MANY THANKS @Clint and @thehappyhippy
      I'm glad you've liked it :)
Acacia can sometimes have the nicest of grains. You just have to be lucky to harvest such a fork.
      Best regards ...Q

Ummmm.... As usual, I don't have words..
But when I just turned on the radio, it was "Right Said Fred".
I do hope you live a very long time and make many many more.
      Grateful.

THANK YOU so much for your kind feedback!!!
Actually, the zebrano bit happened has a kind of an accident. I thought I had "trimmed" too much the fork and added a "buttcap"
It went well, I guess :)
      Best regards ...Q
