This contest ended last month...and Big Iron won the whole thing. He never claimed it so we gave it away to a Chinese company that helps wannabe cloners get a foothold in the slingshot marketplace!

Thanks to Simple Shot’s generosity, we now have two clones in development. We hope to begin selling in the US market very soon. Watch for us under the trade name Simple-Clone Sling Shots.

Clone #1 - Storque-ularis XLT - combining the best features of the Scout, the Torque, and the Hammer - this is the slingshot that does it all! With our ocu-flip banding system, you can easily switch back and forth between tubes, flats, rubber bands, rubberized bathtub mats, or mix and match any combination for maximum power and accuracy. Designed to launch arrows, steel shot, golf balls, rocks, “road apples” and even #10 cans of soup, either individually - or- switch to melee mode and launch them all together!!! The possibilities are limitless. Standard XLT model comes with a 5 volume instruction manual, a field guide, and a pocket quick reference guide. Or upgarde to the Storque-ularis XLT Max and we ship (in a separate breatable box) Nathan direct to you (together with a special care and feeding guide) to personally train you.

Clone #2 - The Hammer-Less - Finally, a solution to our number one customer complaint - fork hits, our number 2 customer complaint, band replacement, and our number 3 customer complaint, ammo selection. It all started with the Hammer, with interchangeable forks for arrows and steel shot. The Hammer evolved into the Hammer XL, with a single fork and a removeable whisker biscuit to switch between arrows and steel shot. And now, the Hammer-Less - representing the natural evolution of this remarkable design. The first entirely forkless slingshot. Imagine, no bands to replace - ever! Never suffer another fork hit - ever! Not sure what ammo to shoot? - no worries! Not sure which side to point to the target? - not a problem! Confused over which hand holds and which hand draws? - a thing of the past! Can’t get a good pouch release? - forget about it!!! No catch box? - who needs one??? The Hammer-Less has you covered! Ready for use right out of the box! Simply grab the ergonomically designed handle and enjoy the way it feels in your hands! No bands, no ammo, no pouch, no fork hits, 100% safe for indoor use.

How about if I send you a link? I am getting another affiliate program through a material supplier.

Nope. I go directly to the site and bypass any affiliated links, especially when it comes to small business.

You know I am joking with you.

But I cannot turn down SimpleShots, then turn around and put the reward back into the community. That one is promoting their buisness.

I know Zack, it's all good, I knew you were. :tu:

Here's how I see it: I'd rather see that extra small % of profits that SimpleShot pays to it's private affiliates, go back to SimpleShot, so they can produce and research more items for everyone. The same would go for any vendor, not just SimpleShot.

Now if they had private affiliates located in Canada, I'd consider buying directly from them if the prices and warranty were the same as buying direct.

PS....I do like your new brand/logo/avatar. Very classy looking.
