Here is my first try to build Ocularis™ slingshot. Please don't judge too hard : ). I glued together 7 different kind wood species, sanded town to 2000 grit, buffed and finally oiled boiled linseed oil.

    Cheers

That is a museum quality piece! I'd be afraid to shoot it, a fork hit would shatter your soul.

The side with the thin zebra wood inlay is absolutely beautiful! Great choice on grain layout and beautiful work as always! I love the occularis attachment method.

If I judged it I would give it a "10" !! That is one striking frame and the use of multiple woods only makes it more beautiful! You guys have got so good I am embarrassed to even post any pictures of any frames I make anymore. I guess I'll have to start using a pseudo moniker to post builds.
    Beautiful work !!

Judging it to be beautiful! Only challenge I can see is that as Marshal said it would ruin you if you got a forkhit.
