My catchboxes have a magic carpet

After countless trials I was not fully satisfacted of my catchboxes. Still I wanted a more sturdy back and... here they are

My current catchbox. Still nothing new. Holes, used HDPE thank, Dyneema strings. Efficient yet portable.
A big clip holds everything from cardbox to cans to paper target.


But the secret is over the three layers of old t-shirts

A carpet made with coconut or sisal fibres I don't know that have a STRONG back made in flexible PVC. Cutting this carpet in size actually immediately blunted two knives (and Im talking about two Mora, You know what I mean, sharp as lasers)

A piece of carpet can be used also as back protection for my office catchbox, efficiently alone. Now the chickpeas or whatever ammo can't pierce my light cardbox.




I just put a whole A4 or whatever with a piece of adhesive tape target and I'm very happy to share with you.

Your carpet looks a lot like door mats. Same type of stuff? Always looking for a better mouse trap....I mean catch box.

Yes same kind of stuff. Very cheap. Very effective IMO.

Nice backstop and idea, I still have problem with the universal catchbox, which stops the large ammunition bounces out the bb`s
